Dear Potential Surrogate, 

We hope this letter finds you well and filled with as much excitement and hope as we are during this process. We are writing to express our heartfelt gratitude for the incredible gift you are potentially giving us. Words cannot fully capture how much it means to us that you have chosen to help us build our family. Becoming a surrogate is complex and requires remarkable courage, compassion, and strength. We want you to know that we recognize the magnitude of your work and are fully committed to supporting you every step of the way. As intended parents and partners, we are here for you on this incredible journey.

We wanted you to know a little bit about us. We first met in 2014 in Destin, Florida. We were both living in the area; C was a Special Operation Pilot in the US Air Force, and S was in medical school at Florida State. We have been together ever since and slowly added to our family, including two standard poodle rescues who are spoiled beyond belief! While living in Florida, you could often find us hanging out at the beach, watching sports (we are HUGE Tennessee and FSU sports fans), or traveling. In 2022, we moved to Georgia, just north of Atlanta, after C left the Air Force to take a job at a commercial airline. C now flies commercially on the A330 airplane, usually to Rome, Paris, and Amsterdam. S is an Anesthesiologist at one of the country’s largest labor and delivery hospitals. In our free time, we enjoy traveling, boating, and relaxing at our lake house, where you can find us almost every weekend during the summer months! 

As a couple, we have longed to build a family together and want nothing more than to experience the joys of parenthood. We want you to know that you will always be essential to our family’s story. We hope to develop a long-lasting friendship during this process and are excited to get to know you along the way. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your time and selfless commitment. We are so grateful for you and filled with hope and excitement for the future.
